Order and Pricing (Contract of Sale)<\/strong>

\nOrder Acceptance<\/strong>
\nAn order is considered confirmed and valid once the order confirmation invoice is sent to the trader and the trader has paid the agreed-upon amount (upfront, full, or partial payment).
\nMinimum Order Requirement (MOR)<\/strong>
\nEvery order must meet a minimum value or quantity specified in the Partner-Specific Wholesale Catalog.
\nPricing<\/strong>
\nAll stated prices are final wholesale prices. These prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or any other local taxes (unless the price is explicitly agreed upon as a “Delivered Price”).
\nPayment Terms<\/strong>

Supply and Delivery (Warranty and Transfer)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Supply Commitment<\/strong>
\nAl-Kushar Company commits to preparing and supplying goods that strictly match the specifications agreed upon and stipulated in the invoice.
\nDelivery Schedule<\/strong>
\nAn estimated date for shipping and delivery shall be agreed upon, and maximum efforts will be made to adhere to this schedule, with the trader being notified of any unavoidable delays (Force Majeure).
\nTransfer of Responsibility<\/strong>

Goods Inspection<\/strong>
\nThe trader must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and within a period not exceeding 7 Calendar Days<\/b> from the date of receipt
\nReporting Defects<\/strong>
\nIn the event of manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired and affect usability or resale, the company must be notified in writing within the inspection period specified in Item (8).
\nAccepted Returns<\/strong>
\nReturns or exchanges are only accepted for documented manufacturing defects that have been reported within the inspection period.
