Do the prices include local transport fees and taxes?
The prices shown are the net wholesale prices for the products only (Ex Works / collection from our warehouse). Local transport fees and any other local taxes are added and clearly defined in the order confirmation invoice.
What payment methods are available for bulk orders?
We accept payment via bank transfer or other locally approved methods. We can agree on different payment terms (upfront / credit) after order approval and according to the established Terms and Conditions.
Are the products genuine and is quality guaranteed?
Yes, all our products are imported directly from approved factories and suppliers in Europe and Turkey. We guarantee that the products match the specifications stipulated in the invoice.
How are the goods packaged?
All clothing, footwear, and bags are packaged professionally and securely to ensure their integrity during internal transport and distribution and to protect them from damage.
How long does local transport and delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods in our local warehouses and the final destination of the transport within Libya. The local transport duration will be accurately estimated and specified in the order confirmation invoice.
What is the return policy for defective items?
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for documented manufacturing defects that are reported within 7 Calendar Days of receipt, as stipulated in the Wholesale Terms and Conditions.
